Written 1-6-25 for for Edward Ibehs contest "cacoethes" Pick A Title This or That Volume 48
My muse is an excuse for an insatiable desire
To empty my heart and set your heart on fire
I’m not much of a writer if you didn’t know
Unless life inspired or desired by sensual soul
It’s as if red fever has stricken my body
Words circle blue brain and join to party
I hate it yet love it the denim dilemma
Writing like lightening often don’t remember
Time before prime of it striking my mind
As a kind of escape from or to better time
Some days I choose other days I don’t
To be my own muse write my own song
Oh cacoethes you created a unique me
I panic without you, you set me free
