Today I saw a pesky fly He buzzed around all day … Until he landed on my lunch So I zapped him with fly spray! Now you’re really in the sky Rest in peace little fly Jan Allison 9th November 2014

If you pull the wings off a fly does it become a walk.

Good you said this is fiction. Other wise I would have to report you to the animal cruelty association. Why does everyone keep saying I hope you didn't eat the sandwich. Bug spray makes a great sandwich spread and how did everyone know your lunch was a sandwich. Poor fly will their be a service I would like to attend.

Very entertaining, Jan! I suppose a fly on lunch becomes 'luncheon meat'. Now, how come we go hunting flies and afterwards we feel sorry for them!!! Sentimentalists! hugs // paul

The fly said: "though you won today the war is not over -- we will be back!" Nicely done Ms. Jan -- may all your days be fly-free.
