“Butterfly Messengers” It is about butterflies gathering pollen. The word messenger is used to draw the reader in. If a person was reduced to one-third or one-fourth the size of a butterfly and was up close to view, their daily workings. Gears and pulleys sounds are what one might hear up close. The cattle are meant to represent the pollen that butterflies feed on.
