Bus Ride
When riding the bus you see things
Cars rushing by
People crossing the streets,
Bike people riding in and out of traffic
And then it's watching spring emerge
Blooming the flowers and trees.
All kinds of people riding,
From the poor working man
Trying to make it work on time,
To busy people hustling and bustling
To an elderly people trying to get about their day.
From the window view
The world seems to pass on by quickly
With it's well managed yards
To not so the not so managed yards and big buildings
Standing tall like soldiers in amazement.
I love the bus rides as it travels
One place to another along the city
Traveling those long roads and streets.
