Bumps In Life

Life can lead us in all directions
throw a curve we do not foresee
sometimes we go with the flow
other times we do not know
how we handle it can effect us
we could follow the curve with ease
or it can bend and twist us to our knees
sometimes fate plays a roll
takes us on a path we did not know
so as we bend and twist our way
all things have a beginning and end one day.

Excellent piece Phyl. When it comes to dealing with the curves life can throw at you remember the Willow tree and the Oak. When the winds blow at hurricane force the mighty Oak stands against the wind and is sometimes uprooted. It's branches are broken. The Willow bends with the wind and survives.

Thanks Judy. Yes life never goes smooth and many lives were changed by covid some are still in yachts while others in boats while some are in life rafts trying to survive while some sunk and lost business, jobs and lively hoods but it will turn around and get better. God Bless phyl
