Beetles that crawl and fly,
Buzzing mosquitoes, too,
Busy ants working hard.
Bane of farmers, gard'ners,
Bothersome they can be.
Birds catch and dine on them,
But I think they're yucky!

Bugs have been busy in my garden and the mosquitoes are having their fill on my blood. I don't mind certain bugs as long as they all stay outside lol. Emilia : )

Oh, how I long for the sight of your Pleiades, dear Kim. In the realm of agriculture and horticulture, insects prove to be the perpetual nemesis, while serving as a delightful source of sustenance for our avian and amphibian friends. Such a darling verse you have crafted.

Yes, I agree. I don't think I would want a plate of fried mosquitoes. LOL..Enjoyed reading this one. Must be for a contest. Reads like a good contender to me. Sara
