Milt, you won't know the result unless you try it. I'm sure a little amount of yellow shower won't frighten them. Lol. Enjoy your backyard ...ab

Nope. Don't think I'm going to risk getting caught with my fly down in my yard!!! I have a fenced backyard, so I'm guessing they jump over the fence. We had a fawn born in the inside corner the year my wife was sick. She enjoyed getting to hold it before we put it over the fence. Momma could jump the fence, but baby couldn't.

May your Tulips rest in peace Milt!!! I did not know that about deer. In any case, it made for a great haiku! Good Luck!!!

Thanks, Mike. Yes, they have nipped off the buds of my tulips every spring for the last ten years! I get so angry, but I forgive them. They are only animals, and they have to eat.

Thanks, Anselmo. Someone said if I pee around my tulips the deer won't get them. I haven't tried that...but I'm tempted.

I don't know how good it is, but I know it's true. I haven't been able to have tulips for a long, long time. They come up, bud, and the deer promptly nip off the buds. I love the deer, but I wish they'd leave my tulips alone!!!
