We worry, we watch, we wonder As hurricanes race with fury What will the strong surge put under? It wobbles, it turns, we worry… We pray for people to survive As hurricanes race with fury We just want all to stay alive We watch the size, the wind, the eye We pray for people to survive It gets closer in the dark sky On a determined path for land We watch the size, the wind, the eye Empty beaches wait, blowing sand People reaching, with helping hands On a determined path for land We pray because we understand We worry, we watch, we wonder Bring peace to all, as we are manned What will the strong surge put under? Also, Did Terzanelle originate in Tanzania? Had to add it to my dictionary. I know that terra is in reference to the good earth.

There are some poets in Poetry Soup who live on the Isle of Man. They even had tornadoes, lightening and thunder which is quite unusual.

Thank you Mike. Yes, this is very worrisome and difficult to watch from the outside too, while people are there in the path and we also have friends there, etc. Continual prayers are helping. Yes, positive thoughts and prayers. I appreciate your comment on this. Happy Sunday! :)
