A CPA here means Certified Public Accountant..similar to a Chartered Accountant in the U.K.

A Terzanelle is a 19 line poem consisting of 5 triplets plus a concluding 4 line stanza. Middle line of each triplet is repeated as the third line in the following stanza. In addition, the first and the third line of the first triplet are repeated as the second and the final line of the the final four line stanza. Thank you for your visit and lovely comments!
