Breaking The Binary Sorted into one of two As the public may have it And while they may boo I feel that where I was sorted, I do not fit I do not belong here I don’t know what else to say And I always leer When I hear, “This is where you stay” I don’t feel comfortable In my own self Because part feels uncomfortable While the other feels themself What does it take to feel at home in your body With all of yourself in the shell you embody?
