Break This Silence...

Open your mouth and break this silence. When was he given a licence? This is your body, You don’t always have to be sorry! His hand on your jaw Makes your face purple and sore Is marriage, a war? Is this why you have come so far? No money, just drinks, and bars! Tacky wowmen and fancy cars. he will learn when the tables have turned To hold you tight Instead of fighting, and arguing all through the night. You have to be brave, You are not his slave Feel proud to say I made my move, i did not stay!

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Have a blessed day.
