Bold As Love

A life, so amplified in screaming rock and roll From troubled home,...trebles honed Legend grew as bold as love He played plugged in, beneath the night Of midnight lamp, ...yet still alone And we will see a future of a thousand years still screaming glory that he'll never know for Raul's contest: "Jimi Hendrix"

Congratulations to you Carrie. This piece sounds like you knew his life. His light was hot and fast like fireworks on the Fourth of July. The sound still fills the air daily. RAY

It's a shame Hendrix died before he could fully realize the impact he had on music fans. His "midnight lamp" will cast light for generations to come. Very nice tribute to an awesome musician! Best wishes for the contest, Carrie. Love, Carolyn
