Yours is better (more sophistocated), but this poem reminded me a bit of Gather Ye Rosebuds While Ye May by Robert Herrick. But while outer beauty fades, your beautiful soul will maintain its glory forever, Brian. Great poem! Love, Carolyn

Memories of time, beautifully captured. What a wonderfully 'full' write in short verse!

Wow. Incredible Ekphrasis. The painting is beautiful, the reality even more so. Your poem is the perfect capture of the apple blossoms (and many fruit tree blossoms) in its brief beauty and everlasting memory. Wonderful. Love, Shar
