Blood Rain
run, run and take cover
protect yourself from the red
run, run before your children discover
the burden that hangs over their head
no umberella can provde a dry spot to hide from
war, anguish, poverty, and pain
leaving your children the ones to decide
who should go and face the blood rain
who is accountable to take the reigns
as it rains down and drowns the streets
as hail comes up from hell and engulfs
the gulf in a firey flame
what shame, yes shame, so who's to blame
is it the black White house, the woman or is it McCain
who's to blame, who faces the shame
who do we scold for bringing
the blood rain
