Black Bear

A black blur of movement, caught my eye I looked out the window to see a young black bear walk by I was on the phone and I spoke so loud through an open sliding door It ran away because they do not like loud noise It is one of the best defenses from any harm There was no time for a photo as it disappeared into the woods They visit my yard each summer and this time it was late It is a sight to see each summer, but worth the wait Heidi Sands 9/1/21

Hello Heidi ... we don't have bears and maybe that is a good thing. I believe that they can be very unpredictable in there search for an easy meal - thank you Heidi - Lindsay

Yes. They hate loud noise though and it is best to make noise if at risk. Thank you Lindsay. I hope you are well :)
