I am sure they appreciate it, even though don't know who is putting it out there. I am sure they think God does it and in a round about way He does. Sara

What a lovely, restful image you paint, Sara. Thank you for visiting my Limerick and pointing out the unintentional error - you often have my back. Thank you. Regards, Suzette

Good Morning, Sara; I love Haikus, and birds are my favorites, and you artistically put them together with the winter thaw. Beautiful Haiku! - Blessings, Daniel

Sara, your haiku was flawless; it was both engrossing and comprehensive. With the imagery, you depicted the ice spewing out of the earth, and this is precisely what's occurring with bird feeders.

Why, thank you, Lasaad. Those bird seeds are getting wet today. I hope the suet is faring better so they will have a little something to eat. I appreciate the visit. Sara K

so captivating and descriptive--exactly what's happening with our bird feeders and bird bath (it froze a few days ago--not normal for Texas) Lovely Haiku, Sara B. Enjoy your day, hugs

Thank you, Sara B. When I was a child and when I was first married into when my children were young, we nearly always had some really cold hard winters for the south. I remember ice spewing out of the ground, an occasional snow (not much snow) and occasionally an ice storm. At least every ten years we have at least some snow or ice storm to deal with, however, the winters have been much milder the last few years. I appreciate the kind review of my work. Sara K..Hugs are a great healer..
