Jan, this is delightful, my mom was a big bingo player and won most of the time, except when I went with her. She told me I was bad luck so I stayed home. I find it sort of boring but it is big here in my city of Ottawa, we have tons of bingo halls ~

I've only been to bingo a couple of times---I didn't realize how funny is was until now. Thanks Jan

Jan, this made me smile. You nailed this genre with a fun subject. I guess my mother played and they had some funny paraphernalia: good luck stuffed toys and bobbles, some funny bottles that marked their cards, special hats and shirts... quite a cult. I hope I’m writing poetry then and not playing Bingo but, let’s face it, Bingo is far more social than the writing endeavor. Ours, I hope, lasts a bit longer. This was just fun!

There is a mounting thrill when you get bingo. I used to sign numbers for the deaf and everyone would wave hands when they won and I called out. I enjoyed Jan. I owe you an email but took care of g.kids all day so will write you tomorrow. I am going to bed now. Hugs, Connie xxoo
