No ones knows the darkness
Other than one who knows... the darkness

I will always be an open door to listen.

Billy don’t lose my number No ones knows the darkness Other than one who knows... the darkness There is no snow There is no white Wings are clipped There is no flight Answers fly away in the air Leaving the human heart in despair Whiskey tumbles down the throat No more am I the ambitious goat Broken glass and twisted rope Dusk invites my... my final cry Love gave me peace for a while Then love became ill as death hovered Over caskets and flowers soon to be Dancing with my dead thoughts in the open air How do I say, I really do not care? Seeking death and pain, a solace I wear Angels greet those other than me I, deserving of the dirt, you shall never see The labyrinth of pain upon the graveyard paths Many shall walk, yet not a one will be Any angel that could take me to the sea Drowning in pain, the knife sets me free

A very dark write, full of pain and despair. A most Gothic sense of existence, Arthur. Your pen let the hurt and hopelessness flow effortlessly onto the page. It stains our heart, but the words are written so well and deep, we walk away carrying the echos of that pain w/us. Kudos for POTD. Dark writes generally aren't given the award. Love always.

Arthur, Congratulations on POTD!! A very powerful write replete with palpable emotions and thoughts. Darkness can pray on all of us as human beings at one time or another in one's life. The sadness and pain are obvious. Outstanding Work!! SEVEN/FAVE!! Cheers and Best, Gary

A sad powerful write arthur; I hope things work out, we in this world are all in it together and one can only emphasize since the shadow of this world is sometimes overbearing. All the best to you and Billy:-)

Anyone going down this path will be comforted by this unusually accurate description - just knowing they are not alone. Darkly beautiful.

Arthur Arthur Arthur. Your words are hauntingly true. "No ones knows the darkness Other than one who knows... the darkness" as are the rest of your words and thoughts. This is solid in every way. Congratulations on it being selected POTD for it is so deserving. Well done entirely. Have a wonderful day.
