Bib Leo Feel

Parents give teachers dirty looks
They don't want students reading books
Why flip your lid?
Kids never did!
Its much more fun to learn from crooks!

I remember 'The Diary of Ann Frank' was banned at my junior high, so naturally I checked it out from the public library and read it :)

I can not imagine any reason at all to ban that book! Good thing you were smart enough to check it out! Aloha!

Thanks to iPhones, pickpockets spend the winter in Waikiki so they can keep their fingers nimble. But parents continue to restrict what their children can learn, eat, and drink despite sibling differences. Every day is an adventure! Aloha!

this whole book-banning has made my blood boil! let parents prohibit their own children from books like "in the night kitchen" (one of my kids' and grandkids' favorites) but let the rest of the more normal world decide for themselves...

From birth, my children learned people go to the library every week and - without parental or other guidance - check out books which explain what they want to know in words and pictures they understand because understanding the big picture requires knowing how all the little pieces fit together, so I don't know why a parent would restrict their child from learning anything! Aloha!

Burning books enriches publishers and booksellers, not our youth! Children read the books you tell them not to read!
