Between There and Here

The steps we’ve taken together,
Have been far more than a few;
At times, like inclement weather,
Others, soft, as a morning dew.
We’ve enjoyed unnumbered sunsets,
Faced storm clouds from the west;
Now thriving as one of God’s duets,
A couple, which God has blessed;
