Sassy Betty Boop

Innocent sexuality caused male obsession.
Womanly charms had them lined up in succession.

AHHHHHHHH!!!!!! This is amazing! Congrats! Craig Cornish once commented that my avatar was like Betty Boop...that's how the name stuck. He had a blog on it and people commented....Dear Dear...what an honor! HUGS!!!!

I remember her too. Never gave much thought to her sexuality when I was a kid. Great poem brought some old cartoons back to mind.

CEcilia, I have already now looked at my entries and I don't recall this was in my contest. Are you sure it ever got entered? Maybe I just didn't see it somehow? Anyway, if you don't see it on the winners' list it will be because it was not in the box!! It's a pretty nice clerihew!
