Betrayal

Deceived by a friend, who we fed, we welcome our soul’s immersion into a realm, where souls misled, display for conscience aversion, so that we forgive and forget, soaring in skies, like an eagle, finding no cause to frown and fret, for their waywardness illegal comes to us as a test in jest, that we accept all as they are, feeling at all times, by God blessed, minding not, the inflicted scar. Nonchalantly ambling along, each experience makes us strong.

For those who carry on in defaming others, displayed right there for all to see. Decieveing us that they were truly sorry. Is it still worthy of forgiveness?

An orientation of acceptance as an ever present stance obviates need to forgive, since we feel no sense of injury. We recognise that the transgressor, knowing no better, can do no better. Don’t trauma bond but yet shrug and move on. That would be my counsel, to retain innate vibrancy, joy and vivacity.
