Beside Myself

Remember 
The calm and serenity of Day by Day 
Remember all of it,

in case I don’t know what to do
where to go and how to feel together 
Like 
Resilient,strong, peaceful, alive and loving

Ignore and acknowledge 
 A  soft slight hum of unrest at the very edges of it all
Dreamy and unreal,
day by day
I am so far away
beside myself
