Benedict Donald

The White House harbors an orange traitor Benedict Donald, science-hater He never met a fact He didn't try to whack This prick puts the 'dick' in Dictator! The obtuse ogre of petty poses Has imposed on the City of Roses His troops of lackeys In unmarked khakis Masking free speech with tear gas and hoses Anyone who does not tongue-kiss his shoes Is fired, or conspired to be 'Fake News' He has little use For reason, or truth Come November, this deadbeat pays his dues! 7/22/20 (the 'City of Roses' refers to Portland, OR, where I live)

Love the words and passion in this one! It astonishes me Americans do not realise Trump is following Hitler's playbook by replacing experts with toadies, sending the military to a metropolis to quell induced protests and then arresting the "dissidents" - who subsequently disappear, so be careful! Cute title there, Michelle!... It's always been of interest to me that 'Bendict,' which means 'Speak good,' of course, (as in 'benediction'), has come to mean 'traitor' in America. Eggs benedict, anyone?! lol. Thanks, Gershon

I actually can't take credit for that, I saw it on another website I visit, but liked it so much I borrowed it! At least we have Benedict Cumberbatch now (don't know if you're familiar with him though)
