Believing This Is Enough For Me

It is never enough.
It can never be enough.
In this world.
But what about the next one?
Are there greedy angels?
Do any selfish souls get to heaven?
I believe they do.
I believe sinners land there, as we are all sinners.
I believe all religious persuasions land there.
I believe our pets land there.
I believe we do not all have to believe in God to get to Heaven.
Not a big God, not a little god, not Jesus God.
Believing this is enough for me.

Beautifully penned...I think there will be a great diverse range there and many will be shocked at those they've condemned as sinners who'll be there. But, what does the clansman or woman say to the minority there whom they burned? What does the executioner say to those they've beheaded? I don't think anyone could say that Heaven would be boring. Food for thought.

Hi Caren I like this one. Covers a lot of what I believe. But I tend to think in terms of Universal Consciousness instead of God and how good karma takes to a desirable rebirth, ie, a bit like Heaven. Take care

I am a believer in everything, Tony, and I believe almost all roads lead to spiritual growth and re-growth. The reason I use the term God is because so many do.
