Believe

I lay still in your arms and slowly I give You a piece of my heart believing and praying you will hold it softly in your hands And yet I wonder, if I give all of my heart, will you Let it fall? Still I hand you a piece of my trust and place hope with it so I can start to believe in love again I want our love to fly like the wings of an angel I want my love for you to soar higher into the heaven And open heaven's door higher than your eyes can see but not higher than my heart will feel. Years go by and now I have nothing more to give All I can do is throw you a star And wish on that star that you will fill my soul with love I will hold that love like a keepsake of a love that is a memory That will last a life time of memories to learn from and to love.
