Begin Anew
Begin Anew
May days are laced with the coming warmth of June.
Its gentle breath is sweetened by fresh flowers.
Summer thoughts cling tight to sunlit rays at noon,
still the shadow dreams of planned vacation hours.
Night is graced with fullness, a big orange moon,
appearing off and on through traveling clouds.
Earth has given signs of summer solstice due,
a clarion call to all “Begin Anew.”
