Bedtime For Bonzo

He tore up all the tulips
    and trampled all the grapes
He made a strong mint julep
    and spilled it on the drapes
He cut down all the myrtles
    and made himself some crepes
Went to the zoo
    took off his shoes
        and flung them at the apes!
