Becca's Poem
Written for my friend Becca
A gold colored mist floats gently by
The brightness of pearls fill my eyes
A delightful breeze caresses my ears
Is this real or is this a dream?
The feel of a sunset as I get pulled near
Two shimmering stars look my way
Movement so fluid like a cool mountain stream
She's a masterpiece in motion
A transparent wall affords us this view
of what sparkles inside like the most
Precious jewels
Is this something too wonderful to believe?
Perhaps, but still here she is right
In front of me
A masterpiece in motion
As the gold colored mist floats gently by
Like the midday sun it warms me inside
The delightful breeze that caresses my ears
Fills my heart with joy every time I hear it
Is a masterpiece in motion so hard to believe
I think not because she's right here in front of me
