Because Love Is Kind
True fervor is persistent in its daily care
Breeding seeds of joy from evening to dawn;
That when trials rage, life finds grace
Embracing ebon nights... all else is forgiven.
For love is Aurora bright, eternal in its gleaming
Never weary, always unconditional,
And to see God’s face in a partner’s eyes
By accepting the other as divine being
In human form, flawed yet perfect,
As the real source of a life-giving heart
Endows both with time's pleasure...
Along season's thunder and sunlight,
Laughter allows the growth of harmony
For even in spiked conflicts or anger,
Arms meet halfway and follow Light's way
Ever aware now of an endless, mindful oath
borne from a surrender to love, to prevail.
