Beautiful Mystery Wrought By God

So miserable in my wretchedness I was reached out by God with His mercy When He offered His precious love’s graciousness Paid by His blood of divine clemency. For me to possess life everlasting Christ sacrificed Himself, tasting death’s gloom He ransomed my soul; real freedom, granting Against condemnation-pangs of hell’s doom. The Lord sought me thru His forgiveness-might Unshackling my heart from guilt-angst fetters By His Word that prevails with His truth’s light He secures my spirit midst sin-twisters. Such is indeed beautiful mystery Wrought by God for my faith-blessed victory!*
