Beautiful Fairy
Before she was born, I could not conceive,
Every doctor I met said there’s no hope-
An aria of fairies arrived with anticipation
Utterly making a wonderful dream come true.
That day in February my life changed forever-
Idyllic with love my only child was born
Filling my soul with enchanting pixie dust.
Unbelievable… for she was all mine-
Lithe with tiny sprite fluttering wings.
For my Ella Rose is my beautiful fairy-
Always spreading her wings in compassion.
Inspiration in creation I have for the Lord,
Realizing because of Him I no longer weep-
Yearning to see her wings sparkle one day.

I chose my exceptional daughter, Ella Rose
Her name means "Beautiful Fairy" and derived from "Ellen"
