But is a poet ever finished? I still want to go back to poems I wrote two years ago and revise them :)

Excellent point, Michelle! I feel the same way. I've revised many a poem from the first year I was writing them (2019). And I imagine they'll need more revision down the road. Our poems grow with us... gw
