Barewalking Shoes

~ ~ ~ """""""""""~ ~ ~

my flowered sandals walked everywhere
from beaches to malls they swayed like air
   my toes ripped the strap...
landed on a man’ s lap...
who winked, “let’s have wine and footsies fare!”
