Baby Talk.
What is it about a baby
that makes you coo-chi-coo.
With a da-da-da and a ba-ba-ba
and a raspberry thrown in to.
And you wonder why your baby
is crying and then throws up!
It's no-more than a parent deserves.
The reason you see and baby agrees
your getting on baby's nerves.
Your baby doesn't want to hear
your ba-ba, da-da and coo-chi-coo.
It's not what baby understands
and baby expects much more from you.
After all you are the parent
with baby's future to prepare.
From birth you plan and plot a lot
with others you compare.
But I think that I should tell you
your baby's favourite thing
it's not when you coo-chi-coo,
but rather when you sing.
