Awaiting Your Return
As days turn into years and hopes turn into fears
I sit right here
Awaiting your return.
The dreams I had are gone but still I'm sleeping on
I greet the dawn
Awaiting your return.
Each heartbeat brings more pain, the feelings still remain
I go insane
Awaiting your return.
And what am I to do? You left me with no clue.
What's old is new...
Awaiting your return.
Pretending you are near becomes my new career
What's one more tear?
Awaiting your return.
