Notes About The Poem

Autumn's Dream

Life's passion ran through their veins
They lived life with no personal gains

Like autumn for the mighty oak tree
Their leaves have less light to see

A lifetime of work just withers below
Waiting for the next blanket of snow

After the passing of their season
You will see their life had a reason
