Leaves, dancing, elegant
Hues of amber, gold and scarlet
Whispering light over the soul
Listening, soft flow of hope
Psalms, comforting, solace
Alive with breathless wisdom
Peering through naked branches
Oaks and maples, undressed by the
Whimsical winds, promising
Inspirations, abiding in the spirit
Swaying branches, gently falling
Leaves – pirouetting gracefully
Sensations, caressing away the chill
Morning dew, always new, sliding
Tenderly, like a sigh or a kiss, easy
Dreams flowing from the spirit
Revealing the kindness of forgiveness
Crisp laughter, stirring melodies
Charming and vibrant undertones
Old fashioned stories, poetry alive
Between the lines, promises aside
Telling verses and visions, wisdom
Trailing the crunch of hurried boots
Over frosted, shadowy eye-openers
Rains pouring out nourishing advice
Sagacity murmuring in humble lives
Leaves, fluid ideas drizzling joy
Through the inspirations, the words
Generous blessings erasing melancholy
Doubts left to resist the peace and faith
Without hesitating, making a way
For autumn grace to breath praise
Worship of the Creator of this place
Where silence becomes nature’s touch
Embracing the one who knows His love
Enfolds those who believe and receive
Through every season – the Son, the reason
For fulfillment, contentment, gratification
The feeling within that reminds – LOVE
Is alive because He pours His light into those
Who know He is the answer to every yearning
While autumn grace sings Him praise in its way
Through jubilant and vibrant tones to awaken
The heart and soul – to always know
His creativity, His muse… is forever admirable
He is praiseworthy and through this autumn
And through this life – I will love Him fully!
