Notes About The Poem

Listen to poem:

Autumn Drifter

meandering
hills and hillocks
the autumn orb
casts its golden glow
across paved paths

the ones less traveled
circumnavigating
childhood memories
borrowed backroads
in the sinews of my heart

Line, I enjoyed the contrast of paved roads with "borrowed backroads" in your musings on the road less traveled. Very lovely in every aspect. Best wishes in the contest ~ John
