as autumn draws near
endless thoughts surface
I dream of colors and flair
on any given movement I continue to wait
unveil please natures' glory
yearnings grow
under clear skies
on land and sea
I envision such reds
each shade showing beauty
as colors turn with time
yearnings rise
autumn aspirations remain
every aspect I see
inside my eyes and mind
observing this special season
unleashed with a cool breeze
yearnings sustain
