Autumn

Autumn.
                            Chill in the air.
                    Squirrels stash bereted nuts.
             Plump hedgehogs gorge on farewell feasts
            And apples blush at the sun's warm caress.
              Dreamy trees are roused from slumber
                   And undressed by the breeze.
                        Proud pumpkins beam;
                                 Autumn
