Connie loved the harvest of time She loved her days in Hawaii Of being happy and carefree Her seasons, like life, filled with chime Everyday was a Thanksgiving The land by sea everliving From winter to fall it's a rhyme Paradise is the same year round Her skip thru the beach always browned She looked at her fall's being prime She mused her path covered with leaf And the trees undressed only brief She has since passed but what a climb Like the fall of leaves on a tree To branch, bear fruit and then be free Connie loved the harvest of time Her seasons, like life, filled with chime From winter to fall it's a rhyme She looked at her fall's being prime She has since passed but what a climb 9/19/22 In Remembrance of Connie -Autumn Theme Poetry Contest Sponsor-Suzanne Delaney First

Thankyou, Connie for taking part in this tribute to Connie with your beautiful Autumn Constanza ‘From winter to fall it's a rhyme Paradise is the same year round’ …..fit her so well. She certainly counted poetry high in her life and celebrated it richly in her writing. Bless you. SuZ

Suzanne, thank you for paying your tributes and respects to Connie by sponsoring this contest and her pet poetry form. The inspiration behind the poems I see, is that it's words that are spoken from the heart moreso than anything else. As a result we are a better person today than yesterday. Bless us all.

"She has since passed but what a climb". Connie lived quite a full and interesting life, didn't she? She shared her love of nature in her poetry, as well as her love of family and her zest for life. We miss her greatly. I loved reading your tribute, Connie, and am glad we can share our memories of a dear friend. Blessings ~ John
