Connie loved the harvest of time
She loved her days in Hawaii
Of being happy and carefree
Her seasons, like life, filled with chime
Everyday was a Thanksgiving
The land by sea everliving
From winter to fall it's a rhyme
Paradise is the same year round
Her skip thru the beach always browned
She looked at her fall's being prime
She mused her path covered with leaf
And the trees undressed only brief
She has since passed but what a climb
Like the fall of leaves on a tree
To branch, bear fruit and then be free
Connie loved the harvest of time
Her seasons, like life, filled with chime
From winter to fall it's a rhyme
She looked at her fall's being prime
She has since passed but what a climb
