Atta-Bouis
Yeast buttermilk waffle batter
6 cups
Mix in 1/4 cup each
Shredded cabbage
Carrots
Red bell pepper
Onions
Bacon
Parmesan cheese
1 cup of diced lobster
4 tablespoons of minced garlic
1 cup of diced shrimp
Mix
Make waffles
Serve with
Lemon cream cheese sauce
Or
Roast pork
Sliced thin
Make about
Two cups of
Pork gravy
Pork broth and ah
Roux
Medium to thick
Three tablespoons of
Basil crown royal
And garlic
Add 1/4 heavy cream
1 tablespoon pine nuts
1 cup of slice mushrooms sauteed
In trouffe oil top waffle with pork slices
And top with gravy
