Athlete's Journey

This sport, a passion of mine, My teammates, all better than I, Will I ever get recognition? Hard work, part of my life as the air I breathe, To become as the rest, more must I do than they, Pain my body must endure, Blood I must shed without reservation, Sacrifices it shall require, All who have laughed, Those who dared to mock me, Shall see me ascend above all, A dream was where I began, A reality it shall become, If you believed, If you believed not, Witness it you shall!

To dare to dream and hope and to work out! Captures where there's a will there must be some headway!
