At Sea With Mcgee
Mikey, McGee and Finn
Rented a boat and jumped in
They were looking to catch some really big fish
So they rowed out a ways to begin
It didn't take long,
before, the beer was all gone
and quicker by far went the whiskey
But drinkin' and fishin'
though, and ancient tradition
can always be a little bit risky
They knew they went wrong,
with the sight of land gone
The trio felt they were in peril
so they pulled up their lines, secured all their gear
and put back the bait in the barrel
They were giving up hope
On that little row boat
When suddenly Finn sighted land
and as they got nearer, things became clearer
There, on the beach, stood a man
The man was quite small, not a tall bloke at all
Dressed in green, and sported red hair
McGee scratch his head and then outright said
"I think we've a Leprechaun here"
The three were delighted with Mike most excited
and demanded a wish all their own
McGee wasn't sure with his hands on the oars
When Mike and Finn wished their way home
Now McGee, cause he waited
all alone contemplated
"I should wish for what I hold dear"
and looking around, He was feeling quite down
Said ,"I wish both me friends could be here."
