At Peace
As the moon smiles upside down her face
turning on the box so to speak ill news
All one hears the devil's hate
wars and killings
Then switching of the poison
finding such pure peace
birds of all song singing in the air their magic gracing tunes
Alone listening to the wind speaking sweet whispers enchanting
sitting upon the steps patting the dogs head
watching the breeze licking the reeds swaying in a dance
I get up taking old faithful with me for a walk smiling
touched by the sun shine warmth within
Him with is nose regally flying gliding his each step
dancing on each current of a breeze celestial
such a moment holds spirit of purity
Dazzling to the inner vision smiles
Sitting down legs dangling over a brook bed
listening to the stream alive talking deeply
deep murmurs echo as I lay back
to feel the water pulse moving breathtaking energy
The shades of leaves shading yellow green
to crusting golden
Clouds shades of white pearl
silver coating out to gun barrel grey
crows cawing over head
The mountain breezes breathing in
pure unpolluted breathes out pure
