At a Megalomaniac Convention

At a Megalomaniac Convention At a megalomaniac convention I fell in love with me So I proposed and asked myself Will you marry me? No, I said, I’m too good for you! Yet much to my chagrin No, Was not an Answer So, I asked myself again Please marry me I asked once more The question now redundant But when your ego is big like mine Results are not abundant I went to the county courthouse For a license to see me through All they did was look at me And said, there’s only one of you! I then went home to kill myself But I had run my luck For every time I shot myself My ego made me duck And now here we all sit The two of us that’s me Blaming megalomania For my split personality
