As the Sun Goes Down
Just before the sun goes down
She steps out of the trees,
With her little one at her side,
As pretty as you please.
The doe and her fawn just stop by
For a short nightly visit here,
Then they amble off to the darkening wood,
Till tomorrow when they'll reappear.
