Aromatherapy

my senses intoxicated
aromatic airborne invasion

nothing gentle, subtle 
or delicate about it

refreshingly fragrant
lovely and heavenly

a wild assault of sweetness
fresh and floral delight

overpowering and seductive
enticing and tempting

exotic and tantalizing
inebriatedly divine

hark strong, rich and familiar 
savory, soothing and comforting

warm, lingering yet elusive, 
musky and delectable intensity  

drifting in and out of an exquisite 
spiritual journey of fragrances
