Notes About The Poem

Aristo-Cat

 Image 1.

 An aristo-cat sat
 Reading a book
 He wore glasses at that
 Right there in the nook
 He enjoyed some tea
 In a fine china cup
 As the clock struck three
 His tea he did sup

This aristo-cat sat, and while reading a book, he wore glasses at that. :) This thought brings a smile, Joseph. Your poem is purr-fect in every way. My best to you. :) Hugs, Brandy

Hello Joe, I loved your cat poem. I always loved cats for they certainly have a mind of their own. When I saw your title, Aristo-Cat it reminded me of how my daughters growing up loved the movie, and one Halloween we dressed up like cats. Well done! - Blessings, My Friend, Daniel

Lovely nursey rhyme, dear Joseph. I too was drawn by the same image. I feel that the title you gave to your poem is very apt. All the Best dear friend.

Ot sounds like you have a British cat. Maybe Manx. I enjoy this poem of a human-like cat. It gets a little trite to always hear about them eating mice.

I wrote for this photo also... However, every time I go to my poem, there is an error link... You have written a nursery rhyme with good flow..
